• We may only do same-day shipping for areas reachable via rider couriers (Lalamove, Grab, Mr Speedy) if there are still available shipping slots for the day

 Is there a discount for bulk orders? 

• Yes! We offer discounts for buying in bulk! Just add your bulk order to your cart, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout depending on the quantity ordered! ❤️

• We are open Monday - Saturday, 9AM-12NN, 1-5PM

2. Do you accept returns, refunds & exchanges?

• For sanitary safety, we do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for "change-of-mind" orders. Only defective or wrong shipped order/s may be exchanged and refunded.

3. Can we reserve orders?

• Sorry, we do no accept reservations. Items will only be reserved once paid ☺️

4. Will you always have stocks?

• Don't worry! We always make sure to restock as soon as possible.

5. Are your prices always the same?

• Our prices are always subject to change without prior notice. However, we are constantly striving to lessen costs to provide you affordable packaging!
